I’m feeling blue…
and orange!
and red!
and yellow!
and pink!
but mostly green!:
Spring is in Town!

This one is an illustration of a story written by a child.
The story is about a boy that goes with his mother to the forest looking for a new doctor. The boy is very sick but with the help of his new friend Doctor Tor he will became a superhero : Magic Boy!

This illustration is a commission for a friend from college,
I hadn’t spoken with her at less in 2 years
and she just write me saying that she wanted one of my draws.
It was such a nice surprise ; )
I still have some problems creating the lights and shadows on a draw,
sometimes I’m just so afraid of ruin everything by putting a very dark colour that at the end I can’t really feel the different.
But! I will learn with the time. … hope so .
Everyone needs to chill out sometimes…
I need to do it often…. so often.
I just have to many “moyeces” playing on my mind.

I think that all my scarves, hats and gloves are starting to be a bite disappointed about the weather… and so am I
25 ºC? Come on… it’s winter!
How am I supposed to recognise the spring when it arrives ?

I love the book ”Lost and Found” written and illustrated by Oliver Jeffers,
I have followed his lesson “How to draw a penguin” to draw my own one.

…I would really like to have a penguin as a pet!
The animation from the book here.

Happy World Ending to everyone!
and by the way… Happy Christmas to you all!

It’s seems that winter is arriving… let’s get ready!

This’s a watercolour character studio for a book-project. This was the first one that i made, almost one year ago… it’s a bit dirty near the ink lines but still, it help me a lot finding the stile of the whole book.
